Quickthoughts login issue.

Has anyone else been able to log back in to Quickthoughts after the $0.00 survey issue? I have already tried deleting the app and restarting my phone but I still cant manage to log back in to Quickthoughts. I can’t even change my password because, I never get the email even though it says it was sent successfully.
