Quickthoughts issue.

Hi! Is anyone else having trouble with quickthoughts today? I know that they ban a lot as I've been banned/unbanned 3 times since I started using it in 2017. Usually though it will say "there is an issue with your account" and to contact them but today it's saying "No network connection." when I try to log in. Wondering if I should go ahead and contact customer service or wait a while to see if just a app glitch.
