No available surveys on Quick Thoughts

I recently signed up for Quick Thoughts and was able to earn money very quickly, I was super excited until I realized I could only cash out via iTunes-I recommended this site to my mother since she frequently purchases from the App Store but she’s never offered surveys! There are always surveys available to me whenever I login-Does anyone know if this could be purely based on demographics? She is in her late 60’s. thanks in advance 😊
