Anyone tried Dice Royale app?

I been seeing this ad a good amount on some of my beermoney apps.
Just wondering if anyone has used this and actually cashed out on it or if it's legit or just another one of those scammy ones that makes it almost impossible to cash out when you're almost at the amount to.
