Is PhonePayCheck working for anyone else?

The app has stopped earning since yesterday for me. I tried clearing cache, deleting and reinstalling the app, I also rebooted my phone but it is stuck at $0 earned.

I've already cashed out what I had so far but it's unfortunate if I can't get the app working again.
