Is it that easy?

is there a way to check any and all sites Ive ever signed up for if I still currently have them(or if they haven't deleted them even after I stopped using them) and if so is there a way to do like a "roll me" and mass delete accounts I no longer use? roll has that for spam but pretty sure at the cost of getting in your email so I also want to delete them too
