How do I upload National ID (India) on Microworkers.

I requested a withdrawal about 10 days back microworkers which was pending for a long time. So I sent a message to the support. They asked me to upload a scanned copy of ID. I replied to that message and attached the scanned copy in the message. This was 2 days back. I still haven't got a reply from the support.

So where am I supposed to upload the scanned copy of ID?
