Help with Serpclix

It's been almost a month that I fail to login with the correct given information on the Firefox extension, even after updating to the latest browser and extension version. "Login failed!" is what the error gives me. Is it possible that my account is banned? What can I do? Thanks for all the possible help in advanced!
