Anyone familiar with using PEI cash back rewards?

So I recently downloaded the cash back app “PEI” and after using my linked card to call an Uber I’m having an issue. The transaction appeared today and says it’s worth 30 points, however where it says “total points earned” it still says 0 even though right under it says I earned 30 for the transaction. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks so much for any help
