uTest invite asking for money

I got an invite in uTest that says: "Testers will need to make a transfer of a small amount in EUR from their bank to Skrill bank account. Are you ok with this? You will be refunded for any funds that are not accessible "

It doesnt clarify how much money. It's the first invite I have ever gotten from them and I wanted to complete it since i live in Europe and never get invites. Did anyone else get it? Does it seem like a scam to you?
