Snapping a photo of receipts in Swagbucks app not adding bucks

Is anyone else not getting Swagbucks added when taking photos of receipts. I have tried several times over several days and have not seen the points added to my account. I tried contacting them and have not gotten a response. Am I doing something wrong? I use the app and take the photo like they say but get nothing from it.
