S'more app Error (Insufficient Funds)

Every time I try to redeem a $1 Amazon gift card (I want to see if it works first), it takes me back to the Home section and it says "InsufficientFunds [F300] Insufficient Funds." Does anyone know why? I have more than 100 pts.
