Quora Partner Program Decreased Earnings

Does anyone know what happened to the partner program? Last year I would always make at least $0.01 off any question that got at least 10 ad impressions. This past month though, I’ve asked multiple questions with hundreds of ad impressions (most of them from external) that earned $0.00. What’s up with this?
