Is there any chance I'll get my money?

I'm heart broken, I was trying my best to use all the surgery sites I could find for the holiday money, and survey junkie won't give me my money.

I tried to cash out and when the verify account thing came up, I tried to make sure I wasn't insane, because I never got an email from them. It won't allow me to change the email, and I keep re-sending the verification link to my email... But there's nothing. Not in my spam, not anywhere. I've done this for days, and contacted them twice, but nothing. I'm so upset.
