How do you answer if you've been in a focus group in the last six months??

I keep filling out these things for Survey Squad, and every single time it asks me when you've last been in a focus group, etc., I'm trying to be honest and say in the last six months (I just finished up a 2 week one a few weeks ago), but I get the "thank you" message right after, so I'm assuming I'm not eligible...I want to be honest, because some of these focus groups probably came as a result of Survey Squad, and I don't want to get banned. But I feel like I'm missing out because I've just finished one. Any suggestions?
