Can you get viruses or malware from survey websites?

I Recently bought a new laptop, but don’t have any kind of virus protection. I want to make sure before I go in sites like Qmee, Swagbucks, or Prolific that I won’t jeopardize my computer by visiting these sites and going to 3rd party survey providers for the surveys.
