Beer money through programming?

Hi r/beermoney,

I have learned to program using C# and want to earn a bit of money - that is, at least $2 per hour - by using these skills (online would be best).

However, I do not have the proper qualifications to apply for jobs just yet, but I still do wanna earn a bit of cash.
