Be wary of UserTesting

I have seen so many positive things about this site, so I couldn't wait to try it out. I struggle with anxiety so working can be hard for me. The last two weeks or so I've been on here lurking and looking for sites to sign up to. After joining UserTesting and passing the test, I was honestly so excited. I got paid for my first test and things were looking up. Then I got accepted to do another test, I completed it and it never showed up in my completed tests. So I waited and eventually got accepted to another test, which I also completed and that one never showed up either.

So I thought, well I probably messed them up somehow, I'll just check. So I contacted support and never got a response. They still email me with new tests, but I really don't want to take any more for nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?
