Quickthoughts W9

I recently hit my $600 mark on Quickthoughts this year. They emailed me telling them to submit a W9 via fax. I did this about 5 days ago, but still cannot redeem my points. Anybody know how long this usually takes or how to know if you need to resubmit it?
