Profile survey on Curious Cat, "Waiting for confirmation"

I sign up yesterday and after finished the profile survey it say that in few of minutes I can start to do surveys but it's still pending, without profile I can't receive surveys and the app say that I have one chance to complete the survey. Any ideas?
