Privacy/Data concerns while doing beermoney activities?

How do you keep your privacy protected? If you're filing taxes for doing offers greater than... $400? Surely you'd have to use your real name and address/contact information? Are companies using our information and selling it? I want to try and start beermoney, but not if my information is at risk. Thanks!
