Pay With Ibotta rates dropped - just me?

I notice the cash back for Lowe's went from 3% to 1%, and Walmart's rate went from 1% to 0.3% (which isn't worth it to me.)

Did this happen to everyone, or just to users who have used Pay With Ibotta "too much?"
