Is there any site that pays you to watch videos and has paypal or bank transfers/checks?

I really don't want to do surveys anymore and I noticed it's hard to find a site that pays you to watch videos that also has paypal or a way to get money that isn't just gift cards. I heard Perk's shutting down, Volkno isn't paying, there hasn't been any videos on Quartr for months and I mainly hear smores/hideout tv aren't good either. Are there any other options that are decent?
