YourSurveys is Currently Not Crediting Across All Sites

I removed the other post because it was singling one site out when it's happening across all sites currently, from what I have been reading. Before today, YourSurveys also was having an issue on some sites where people would just not get credit for survey completions. Seemed to be random, some would credit, some wouldn't. They need to fix their issues or people will lose faith in using them.

UPDATE I'm starting to see people being credited again as of 12:10PM EST but leaving this post up until I'm 100% sure it's fixed.
