Shopkick: Did i waste my time going back to them?

Sent in a receipt on the 25th, granted there's been non-business days in between but they do claim to take up to 48 hours to approve a receipt for 'kicks'. which for me would allow me to cash out for a $5 gift card.

i'm more wondering, for those who did redeem in for a reward, are they known for sticking to that 48 hour wait..or have they gone into the 'we'll get to it whenever' policy?
