Quick Thoughts Rewards Page Blanks

I've around $14.00 saved in my account. Unfortunately, when I went to cash out on ten, the rewards page was blank. I waited for a few minutes, uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared my cache and system data. I even tried deactivating my account and starting over but to no avail. Any advice?
