Question about ysense cashout

I've reached $10 on ysense and tried cashing out 3 times till now, but I don't get the money in paypal. And it just gets refunded back to ysense. The support told me to enable payments on my paypal but I already did it. So, do I have to make a paypal business account for cashout and if so what type of business do I need to select?
