Ipoll/ Opinion Oupost Help

So this happens to me on both sites. I go to take a survey and it directs me to a SSISurveys page that says I already have completed it. Then I can not go to a new survey after, it keeps taking me back. Site help told me to clear cache and cookies, I did many times and it still happens. Does anyone have an idea how to get rid of it or skip it?
