Fix app Ticketmaster gift card?

I just bought a Ticketmaster gift card through the fix app. I still have enough points to buy another gift card, but it no longer shows up as an option when I go to redeem my points. Can you only get a reward once? Or do I maybe have to wait until the one I ordered is delivered to me and then it will show up as an option again?
