Does QuickThoughts eventually offer more reward options? (Only see iTunes but can use /r/giftcardexchange)

I’ve never cashed out with it before, only have $5 but I keep seeing people here mention they made good money on it. Currently an iTunes gift card is my only cash out option. Does it expand after I become more of a regular user? Thanks.
