Delete old threads with no replies or views

If a thread isn't generating traffic or replies for say 1 year or 3 years or 5 years, what is the point of it? Specifically the marketplace threads. They just take up disk space and storage in the database. Nobody is going to need them again. IMO they should be deleted automatically after a certain period to free up resources for new posts, dunno if @TJ cares about it tho and dunno if it's necessary.
