Testable Minds rude answer
So I finally got 10$ that will allow me to withdraw my money from Testable Minds and had to wait 5 days for a PayPal withdraw. I sent them angry support ticket,that it's really ridiculous to wait 5 days to 10$ payment. That the rude answer I got from their representatives:
Dear Adi,
First of all, thank you for the effort you put into completing to the best of your abilities the studies available on Testable Minds, we really appreciate that. Second, we just release the payments batch for this week, you should have received the money you earned with us. Third, we apologise for being one(!) day late, we are short-staffed. Paypal withdrawals are normally processed every Tue, as I am sure you are aware (you are informed about this when you make the withdrawal). For instant withdrawals, with no fees, you should use Revolut if possible. Fourth, thank you for your kind reminder and kind suggestion to learn from Prolific. We believe they are doing a great job (we know some of them) and we did learn a few things from them, just like they learned a few (or even more) things from us. Fifth, I say "kind" because I believe that's what your email was fundamentally, despite the incongruent tone. It can happen to anyone to have a bad day and shout at strangers for being one day late for a $10 payment.
