some help to a newbie

I discovered beermoney recently and I would to give it a try but I have some questions.

1. have you created a seperated email/paypal/bankaccount to work and get paid??(as I feel a bit unsafe to put my main email and bank account that I get paid from my main job.
2. how do you organize all this sites in order to stay up to date and for example not to lose any surveys
3. I read that Swagbucks is not available in Greece(I am working in Greece) but I created account and I can do surveys etc.There will be any problem in payment because of my location?
4. how much hours per week I need in order to have a fair amount of passive income
5. any other tip or help will be welcomed
