60 tasks removed over two jobs and status is now "Closed" on Neevo, should i be worried?

Hi, circa two weeks ago I got paid for two jobs (ID SCSDCBUU7GA and SCSDC5OK0BP) whose max tasks available were 230 each, at that point they still showed as Active in the history. Today though I opened Neevo as usual only to find that I have no more jobs available, these two jobs are now marked as Closed and some tasks got removed (51 for SCSDCBUU7GA and 9 for SCSDC5OK0BP ). Should I be worried about being banned or it's normal?
