Quickthoughts keeps saying "no internet connection"

Waited the initial 72 hours before my first cash out for $50 and I get hit with that error message. I have a perfectly fine connection. I've tried it on data, wifi, 2 phones, and uninstalled with no luck. I've seen other posts on here mentioning this but there weren't any updates so I wasn't sure if I already got the ban before I could even cash out.
