Question about hideout tv

Hi guys so im new to using hideout tv and just recently linked my InstaGC account and my GG2U account on hideout tv to redeem my points on and i had two questions. First off when clicking redeem points i only have about 70 points as i just started but i dont see any option to redeem them to my rewards sites linked, i hit redeem and it shows my points and then an arrow where my linked rewards account should be but no option there to do anything?

Do i need a certain amount of points accumulated to redeem?

My second question is what reward sites do you guys think are the best ones to redeem on for the best payout? Thanks!
