Has anyone had trouble cashing out with Vokno?

Hi, there--I just started using Volkno, and have earned about 10.28. I went to cash out with 2 5 dollar Amazon gift cards, and it says it has trouble cashing out, try again in 24 hours. Try again a day later, same thing. What's going on?
