Quatr site is now online - warning for those concerned with privacy

Quatr is a beermoney site/app for mobile. I heard about it here on this sub, people were raving about it. So I submitted my email address to be put on the wait list for the general launch. I got their invite today. Either they've started opening it to a few people, or it's now open to everyone.

Before you waste your time on this site, here are a few things you may or may not be comfortable with.

1. They want a government issued ID. This applies to everyone.
2. They only do bank deposits. You'll need to give them or a 3rd party your bank account info.
3. The minimum cashout is $20. This will take forever given you're earning 0.25 at a time, and earning opportunities are limited (there were only 4 videos when I signed up today).
4. You can only get verified after you've reached $20, meaning you could potentially lose that $20 if they don't verify you for whatever reason.
