GrabPoints takes away earned points for 0 reason? GrabRewardReversal

I login into my GrabPoints account, to see around 3500 points taken out my account for an unknown reason. It's labeled as GrabRewardReversal, and it wasn't all taken at once. It was taken in segments, like -300, -260, -624, and so forth.

I've gotten paid by them, and was verified by ID when asked. Yet they pull this? Anyone else get this before?
