Can never catch the gift cards on Lucky Day

Ive had this app for well over a year now. I won decent amounts in the beginning. 50 cents. A dollar. I think even 2 dollars once. Then once I hit 8.25 I havent won any instant prize in months. I mean months! Nothing but pennies and the occasional match or 2 from the daily draw.

But Ive collected over 11 million coins and for the last couple months I can never find a time when the paypal cards are not out of stock. Ive come on all different days of the week at all different times. What am I missing here? I really just want to cash out my hard work and uninstall this garbage of an app.
