Buzzback Question

Has anyone anyone else who's used the site recently, had trouble logging in? I just got a product trial in the mail today, and tried to log into my account, but was unable. I requested my password three times through my email address that I use on their site, but they're not sending me the email with my password. I've checked regular mail, spam mail. I even went through my most recent 100 emails that are in my delete bin, and got nothing. Any suggestions?
