Anyone use telephia?

Just curious if anyone here has any experience or uses the app Telephia? If so I have some questions for you about how the app works.

1. It says I'm 7 days away from my next incentive, but it doesn't say what I have to do to reach the incentive. And as far as I can tell a day has gone by and my day counter hasn't changed.

2. Are the surveys it offers any good or a waste of time?
