What's up with Volkno?

I signed up a few weeks ago (maybe 3-4) and did all the work they have available, to the tune of about 43K points. I'm waiting for them to send me whatever I need to validate my address so I can cash out but it's been longer than I would have expected.

Anyone else have the same experience? Seems like they are generally legit but flake out sometimes. Any ideas here?
