Receipt Pal GC price differences? Has anyone seen this?

My wife and I use Receipt Pal and her gift card rewards are more expensive to redeem. $5 is 2,000 for me, 2,200 for her. It goes all the way up the ladder. Has anyone else run into this issue? To my knowledge, all the bonus stuff(email, Amazon account) are linked and have been for over 30 days. I can't for the life of me figure out why hers cost more.
