Question for Paytime Users

How safe is cardportal? I received my first card today and when I went to fill in my information, I was super sketched out by everything it was asking for. I know for ID you can just put 0 but it was even asking for my place of birth, phone number, and a lot of private info. I don’t really want to provide that info, and I’m thinking that it may not be worth it. What do you do when filling out the info?
