Problem with attently?

So I’ve noticed since my last cash out it’s been acting weird. I earned a little bit since but now it’s not updating my balance at all when I know well enough that I’ve earned much more. My balance is stuck on the same amount despite watching so much more. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if there is a way to fix it?
