Pei not support multifactor authentication anymore?

Pei disconnected a card of mine and now it says it cant support multifactor authentication anymore. Anyone know if this has happened before?

Two weeks in and Pei seems to be moderately worthless, hasn't auto found anything and everything I've got their support team to add has just stayed pending until now it says the card isn't even attached anymore.

Has it always been this bad?
