Is there a Mercatox trading bot?

It seems like Mercatox doesn't have a trading API - the api keys tab is greyed out.. I have also looked on Github and didn't find anything. Does anyone have any info on a trading bot for this exchange? If you wanted to make one, would you have to automate it like you would automate an app or website (requests or selenium)?
