Is the Hideout.tv block permanent

I was blocked from hideout.tv a couple months ago and try to message them about it. There were two devices running hideout.tv and I pressed next video a couple times. I messaged the support multiple times and they said they were unable to remove the block. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the block?
