Ibotta and Fetch Rewards seem to be good at giving rewards per receipt scan. Has anyone had luck with other receipt scanning apps that don't require special buys?
I checked out Receipt hog but they don't seem to be accepting new members. SavingStar and CheckOut51 seem to have limited offers.
